Information for Tenant File Virtual Server Users
On the Virtual Server, you can log in from any computer or laptop. You cannot have more than one person accessing or posting to the information and/or ledgers at the SAME time. However, another user could be running reports or taking other actions that doesn't involve the ledgers. The program will notify you if someone else is using the area that you are trying to access.
As far as the number of users in the program at the same time, it is recommended by Microsoft that you don't have over 2-4 computers sharing the program at once. The Tenant File uses a Microsoft Access Database and this number depends on many factors, such as the amount of data being processed.
