If you need to add more capacity in a SINGLE existing installation, you can do that by ordering the next higher level from above. In that case, our technicians will need to upgrade your installation for you and remove your previous subscription.
At any time, if you need an additional SEPARATE installation from your existing one, you can chose any option from above, and enter your new data into the new installation.

The Word Processor program provides a way for you to create and save documents. It is easy to use with familiar Word Processor commands and features.
The Word Processor is integrated with the Tenant File Property Management Software, so that you can use the Tenant File database with any letter you create. You can easily insert fields into your document which will print individual documents. With our Word Processor program, you will also receive over 100 pre-written templates that you can use or customize to your preferences. The Word Processor is a ONE-TIME charge of $169.95 |
Remote Support Options

This fee is for Tenant File Version 9 customers that want a Tenant File technician to upload their data to the Tenant File Virtual Server.
You will receive step-by-step instructions with your Virtual Server order to do this yourself. However, if you want a Tenant File technician to connect to your computer and do this for you remotely, you will need to first order this service, then call us at 512-288-1305 to set up an appointment time convenient to you. |
If you already have Tenant File Version 9, there is no data upload charge. For customers with discontinued versions 5 thru 8, there is a charge to convert and upgrade your data on the Virtual Server. This price does not include having a technician upload your data to the Virtual Server for you. That would be a separate order. However, you can do that yourself with no charge, and you will be provided with data upload instructions with your Virtual Server order.

If you need phone-based support, and you would prefer to not use our free web support ('Help > Web Support' within your program), you can order a one-time phone support session. This phone support is for questions with a maximum time of up to 30 minutes. We highly suggest that you take advantage of our remote connection capabilities, so we can view or work on your computer.
Once you have ordered the Support, call 512-288-1305 to schedule a date and time for your session. Hours are Monday -Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm Eastern Time. Be sure that you note the correct time for YOUR time zone.
NOTE: You must FIRST purchase the session, THEN give us a call to schedule the appointment. It is up to the purchaser to CALL US AT 512-288-1305 at the scheduled time, and you can call a couple of minutes early to allow to the connection process.
Please be aware that if you call late, you will only have the remaining time left for your appointment, and no-shows will still be charged for the full amount. If you have to re-schedule, we must be notified with at least a 24 hour notice, or the full amount will be charged for the original appointment.
