Online User's Guide and Help

The Tenant File User's Guide is built-in!

Just go to the Help Button (bottom right blue question mark on the Main Menu), and you will find a valuable User's Guide in PDF format to answer your questions about the Tenant File.

You can search for any topic. The User's Guide includes a 'How to ...' section, which give you step-by-step instructions on most of the tasks that you perform as Owner or Property Manager.

Besides the User's Guide the Tenant File provides a Quick Start Guide and web support services to get you started, along with paid phone support or training services.
